My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I have a huge issue with anxiety. Unfortunately, I finally found the combo of meds that works and now they're not safe for the baby. My left breast has a lump in it, thinking along the lines of a clock it would be about 12 o' clock. It's roughly the size and shape of my pinky. It doesn't hurt, and it doesn't move. It also seems like my left breast is larger than normal, and sits higher on my chest. My right breast has a little clear discharge when the nipple is squeezed gently. I did a Breast Exam earlier today. I have noticed the lump for a while, and it's gotten bigger. Could this be cancer or something else? I'm going to the doctor at 11:40, and am having a hard time being patient.

I've never had this before but ever since I broke up with my boyfriend 3 weeks ago I've been dropping weight SO fast. lost 10 lbs the first week. Here's my situation: I plan on graduating early from high school this year, but recently I was diagnosed with severe lupus. I've missed 27 days in this SINGLE semester, however all have been excused. I'm worried that I could be made to finish out the year; I have plans to attend the community college and have paid for classes/registered there.. I also planned on moving from Illinois to Missouri with my family at the end of the semester (December 16). The absence limit without a doctor's note is 10 per semester, but I'm not sure what the limit is when excused.. On top of lupus, I've been harassed because of my sexual identity and suffered from severe depression for the past 4 years- high school has been really rough for me.. I still manage to keep a 3.8/4 gpa but I'm worried I will be made to repeat my senior year or finish out the year. Is it possible for them to keep me back even if my grades are in line and I have a valid medical excuse?

Ok, I know I am just getting really anxious and excited, I am 41 weeks pregnant and have been feeling totally miserable the past few days. I have had NO energy and basically just felt like crap. Today I woke up feeling really good though, I could almost say great but Ill leave it as good. I can feel the baby moving though the movements do not feel the same as usual. I know that it's getting close no matter what I feel, my doctor will induce me in a few days if she does not come on her own, but I am just wondering if waking up in a whole new mood and feeling 10 times better than I have in a while could be a sign? What do you all think? I know induced labor is not the way to go if I dont have too, this is my 2nd child and my water broke with my first but I would not dilate so the used oxytocin to indue me (i was in labor forever!). My doctors wont let any patient go more than 2 weeks passed their due date so this would be why they would induce me if she does not come on her own by the end of the week. I will be 42 weeks on Monday.

I am 9 weeks pregnant, or so i've been told. my cycles were all over the place so it's hard to put a definite date on it exactly. We'd been trying for 5 months before i got pregnant, i took a test and it said positive, i booked an appointment at the doctors and she sed to just take another, i did 2 days later, it was also positive. i then went to my second appointment a few days later, i told her i had another positive and she got me to fill in all ante-natal forms an tha. i was shocked she didnt want to confirm the test herself but she says that they dont do them at their surgery, blood/uringe tests. now i have my midwife coming tomorrow, i still have no period, and im sick as well as tired with sore boobs, ive spoken to the midwife and she says im definitely pregnant but im finding it hard to believe without confirmation, i know deep down im pregnant but it doesnt feel like i am, am i mad or is this how it feels?? x

I noticed the symptoms of PCOS include some of what I have, which are as follows; Acne, oily skin or dandruff. Weight gain or obesity, usually carrying extra weight around the waist. High blood pressure. Patches of thickened and dark brown or black skin on the neck, arms, breasts, or thighs. Skin tags, or tiny excess flaps of skin in the armpits or neck area. Increased hair growth on the face, chest, stomach, back, toes or thumbs. As a 14-year-old, I ruled out oily skin and bad acne due to the height of puberty, but everything else is spot-on. Obviously I woudn't know about any sort of fertility issue that comes with PCOS, but are these symptoms alone enough to say that I might have PCOS? Should I consult my parent/doctor about this? It also said it could be passed on through families...my mother had this, I'm pretty sure.

I fell yesterday with my bed and my shin hit a handleto a draw i brok the skin but no bruising yet. It hurts horribly to weight on it and when i move it certain ways. The pain can be excruiating when i lay down from walking. I hit it mid shin so its not near my foot causing the skin to pull a lot. SHould I go to the doctor to check it out? its only slightly slighty swollen barely noticable though. could i of broken/torn a muscle?

i had my son 5 months ago and had my first period (post-birth) 2 months after birth. my last few periods have been normal (kind of heavy the first couple days and then lighter and finished by day 5. my entire life i have had a regular schedule period and it most always is finished within 5 days. this period however, is still continuing and i'm on the 11th day today. is my body just still trying to adjust or should i see a doctor?

I have a sleeping disorder where I go days without sleep, or I'll go to sleep at 8pm one day and 6 am the next day. and drinking helped me sleep so I could work. The sleep center, my primary doctor and a psychologist told me to stop drinking. So I did and now I lost my job because of my sleep disorder and now there calling me lazy! Am I losing it or are these so called health professionals not sure what they are doing? Now all I think about is killing myself. I took all the sleeping meds they gave me and none worked or had horrible side affects and got addicted to one.

I cant take medications or go to the doctor because like i said I am shy to tell my mother sometimes i wish i could just disappear to end all of this pain i cannot withstand thanks you for reading my problems and i hope you can help

I went to the hospital yesterday evening as i felt something wasn't quite right, the midwife and senior doctor checked and advsied that the babies head was engaged! I still have 10 weeks to go and would like to know if this means that the baby will come earlier than planned? This is my 1st pregnancy by the way! THANKS GUYS!

I have recently been told i have anxiety, i was prescribed 10 mg citalopram every other day. when i started this i had few side effects including facial numbness and tiredness. I recently went back for my monthly review and the doctor prescribed me cipralex, will i gain side effects from this medications even though i went straight on it from citalopram. I lost weight on citalopram and really need to gain it back. will this medicine help with this? Thank you

can clothes cause a bruise on the shaft of the penis or masturbation??? I have a little bit of a bruise on my penis. I haven't been sexually active for almost a half a year. Suddenly a little scratch looking bruise shows up on my penis. It hurts a little every time I rub my finger on it but it is hard 2 find....can this be cause by masturbation or improper clothing or sum thing???
